Thursday was my "rest" day, so I did about 15-20 minutes of core exercises for the abs, back & arms - crunches, oblique raises, back extensions, planks, bicep curls, tricep kick backs, push ups (girlie ones), etc. I've vowed to do this at least 2x per week, no exceptions!
Tonight, the Houston Fit schedule = 40 minute tempo run. Well see...I have a bunch of accounting problems to do, so it will all depend on what time the kiddo is in bed and I have my school stuff together.
