Jillian Michaels 3-day Shred - 20 minutes (Can you believe I only burned a little over 100 calories in this workout? Definitely not getting a ton of points for my team!)
Stretching - 30 minutes
Run - 7 miles...pace unknown, since I tend to stop and go a lot with my group
Bike ride was cancelled...too busy running errands, seeing the Blue Angels (pics to come) and finishing our Fitness Challenge for the week (pics to come!)...no workout, except for chasing the kids!!!
