Belated Merry Christmas!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas!!! I've been taking Coach Bill's advice and been resting the knee. My only other workout this week has been the 16 minute Ab Ribber X on Wednesday morning, so I feel like a slug! I'm planning to do a good upper body workout later tonight, then take it easy on the Wfit 10-miler tomorrow morning.
