AM - Slim-in-Six workout - 24 minutes

Friday, 6/20
AM - Treadmill, 1/1 intervals - 20 minutes
PM - Si6 - 24 minutes

Saturday, 6/21
No workout - school day!

Sunday, 6/22
AM - Swim - 350 meters (getting better!)
PM - Si6 - 24 minutes

Monday, 6/23
AM - Si6 - 24 minutes
PM - Brisk walk w/neighborhood chicas - 70 minutes

Tuesday, 6/24
TBD - had to spend AM workout time cleaning out back flower beds!
