Boring
Sorry for the hiatus! No running for me for the past 2 days. The in-laws are in town, so if I'm not at work or school, I've been visiting with them. Today, I do have plans to head to the park after work...yes, even with the 93 degree "feels like" temp. (It's really 86, but with the humidity it feels a heck of a lot warmer!) I'm not looking forward to being out in that heat, so I think it's going to be another one of those "get'er done" runs. I really wish I would have brought my swimming gear to do some laps instead. That would feel much better in this heat!

I'll bet that running in that heat is worse that Lisa swimming in 92 degree pool water.....let us know how it goes.
Hope the run went well and that you are enjoying the inlaws!
coach told me to put the watch away. I'm gonna be running by effort this summer because of the heat. It's gonna be good to practice what various efforts feel like.
