Quickie

I waited too late to head to the gym during lunch and was only left with about 25 minutes to work out. I did a quick warm-up and cool-down, followed by 6x2:00/1 min rec. I may try to get in a couple more miles tonight after the kiddos are in bed...we'll see! Gotta fit it in where ever you can sometimes!

Treadmill run - 25 minutes, 10:25 pace (yay me!)

ETA:
I got on the treadmill again once the kiddos were in bed - 2 more miles! The 2nd mile was walking, because my foot was killing me...might have a lot to do with the shoes I wore to work today!
